Nice Little Thai restaurant, we visited while in Cotswolds. Food was good. Staff were nice. Parking on high street can be busy at times.

Pork Noodles: Pork noodles are a popular Thai street food dish. The noodles are typically stir-fried or served in a flavorful broth. It would be helpful to know the specific style or name of the pork noodles you had to provide a more accurate review. However, in general, Thai pork noodles are known for their savory and aromatic flavors. The tender slices of pork combined with the noodles and various herbs and spices create a delicious and satisfying dish. The balance of flavors, including sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, is key to a great pork noodle dish. Spicy Pork Tom Yum Noodle: Tom Yum is a famous Thai soup known for its bold and spicy flavors. If the dish you had combines the elements of Tom Yum soup with pork and noodles, it can be a delightful and fiery dish. The broth should have a tangy and spicy taste, infused with ingredients like lemongrass, lime leaves, chili, and galangal. The pork should be tender and flavorful, complementing the broth. The addition of noodles provides a satisfying texture. It's important to note that Tom Yum is known for its spiciness, so be prepared for a kick of heat.
